TAHTALI MOUNTAIN SINGLE PILOTS FLIGHT’S
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Escape controls all paragliding flights (tandem and singles) made from
2365 meters Tahtali mountain.
2. Flights are not allowed without informing Escape paragliding.
3. Escape Paragliding has the right to cancel any flight if appropriate.
4. Before the flight, you are required to read, accept and sign Escape
Paragliding’s terms and conditions.
• Only p5 level or advance club pilot licence holders allowed to fly from
mount Tahtalı
• Before flight you must provide your license to Escape personal
• Doing Take off strictly forbidden If there is no visibility at take off area
because of cloud condition.
• flight instruments required if condition cloudy
5. Flights cannot be made outside the Civil Aviation designated airspace.
6. Escape Paragliding or Olympos Teleferik are not responsible for any issues
around flights made outside or inside of the Civil Aviation designated
airspace.
7. Any legal problems arising outside of the Civil Aviation designated airspace
are the pilot’s responsibility.
8. If the flight is made outside the Civil Aviation designated airspace, Escape
Paragliding can restrict or prohibit any future flights.
9. Landing cannot be made in any other location outside the designated
landing area.(except emergency situtations)
10. Escape Paragliding have the right to request any relevant licence
documents for your flight.
11. On your flight date you must produce relevant flight insurance .
12. Prior to take off, you must report your GSM mobile phone number to the
Escape Paragliding office. Flying is prohibited without Radio or GSM
mobile.
13. In case of emergency (ONLY in case of emergency) you can use the
………………. mhz Escape Paragliding radio frequency.

15. On Take off tandem pilots take priority.
16. In the event of unsuitable weather conditions, Escape Paragliding have the
right to limit any take-offs.
17. Escape Paragliding have the right to check any single pilot’s equipment.
(Reserve parachute, helmet and back protection MUST be used)
18. During the flight, you must comply with international flight rules written
below. Escape Paragliding has the right to limit or cancel any flight that
does not comply with these rules.

20. From the north and south directions. You allways have to have a minimum
distance of 200 mt vertically and horizontally to the cable car line just like a
200 mt radius cylinder around the cable car line.
21. It is strictly forbidden to fly under the cable car line.
If you have reached an altitude over 2500 mt you can fly over the line or
above the mountain station.
Basically you cannot cross over the line if you haven’t got a minimum
distance of 100 mt between you and line (vertically and horizontally)
These instructions are required to be followed in an unconditional manner
in order to operate the cable car in a safe manner.
